University Flats Graduate Housing
University Flats is the University of Kentucky's newest residential community with one wing specifically for UK graduate students, postdoctorate fellows and researchers, and medical residents. Every apartment comes fully furnished with all utilities, including high-speed wireless internet. Apartment finishes include granite countertops, Tempur-Pedic full-size XL mattresses, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Apartments are fully furnished and come complete with a full-size washer and dryer. We offer a 12-installment term and flexible move-in dates.

Other Amenities
University Flats offers indoor and outdoor social spaces where you can interact with your neighbors or just unwind with friends and colleagues. Our four season outdoor lounge includes soft seating and a fireplace. Adjacent to the outdoor lounge is a sand volleyball court.
University Flats Resident Portal
University Flats licensees living in the graduate wing will pay their rent online via the UFlats Resident Portal. Maintenance requests will still be submitted via FIXIT like all other residence halls. For any other concerns and information, University Flats residents should email ukhousing@uky.edu or call 859-257-1866.
